Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my pet?  Sorry, only service dogs are allowed.  We love animals more than most, but it's a liability thing. We please ask you to leave your pets at home.  You can pet our dogs though.   

Can I book a group event?  We would love to host your group event including days were not typically open.   We offer special pricing for schools, church's, etc.  Fill out the contact form and we will get back to you quickly.   

You will be parking in a field and will have a short 5 minute walk to admissions.  Currently we do not have a shuttle.  The ground is fairly hard.  If you contact us ahead of time we can assist you.  

Can I sell my crafts there?  We would be interested in having different vendors there.  Crafters, musicians, etc.  Drop us a line on the contact form and we will get back with you quickly.

Can I smoke?  There is a designated smoking area outside of the pavilion.  Please don't litter though and don't smoke near the animals or anywhere else.

The best way is to put the address into your phone.  Our address is 5006 Herner Rd, Rhodes Mi 48652. Just a note, Jefferson Rd turns into Herner Rd. and will take you right to our farm. 

Can I bring my own food and drinks?  We have food and drinks available and ask you to save your food and drinks for a different venue.  

You can walk the same trail we use for the wagon ride.  Don't venture off the trails or  walk any other trails (you may get lost, trust me).  

Can I enter any of the buildings?  You can enter the buildings that aren't roped off.  Some of the buildings are very old and aren't open to the public.  Again a liability thing.
